Ramona & the Sometimes

Ramona and the Sometimes is a Des Moines, IA based 5-piece pop-rock band led by multimedia artist Ramona Muse Lambert. The group relies on accessible hooks and pop song structures with emotionally raw, often positive and uplifting lyrical content. The songs frequently use lighthearted, occasionally humorous imagery to address more serious subject matter and darker emotions. With Muse Lambert’s roots being in visual arts, the project explores a strong visual element, with ever-evolving costume and stage design to enhance the live performance. Derry & the Dirty Dishes

Derry & the Dirty Dishes is a new Des Moines rock & roll band for kids and grownups alike. Fronted by Derek Muse Lambert, their debut album Three Day Weekend is full of fun and playful songs written by Derek and his wife Ramona Muse Lambert. The songs emerged organically over the years in their musically-centered household with their three children, who helped write some of the songs and who’s reactions to the music provided natural guidance as to what styles kids would dance to and what lyrical content got the biggest laughs and smiles. Having themselves been subjected to countless hours of popular kids' music on repeat, the Muse Lamberts also set out to create a sound that may come as a breath of fresh air to parents in similar circumstances, or even non-parents in touch with a fun and playful spirit.

Leslie Hall (Leslie and the Lys)

In the year 2017, after being rejected from 5 graduate schools for painting, Ramona decided being a merch girl with Leslie Hall was a good idea. After a few shows she got on stage as a backup dancer and singer. Leslie and Ramona have created many different wild things with their other creative partner Scrappy. Leslie is the reason Ramona started a band, and how she met her husband/shipping manager. Leslie and the Lys is still a band, still making music, and still love to make art and videos together.
